CCC Cable

Coiled cables have a natural helical telescopic structure. When not stretched, they are in a compact spring shape, which can significantly reduce the occupied space volume. In the internal wiring of equipment and in narrow installation environments (such as industrial manipulators and medical equipment operation tables), it can avoid the messy entanglement of ordinary cables, making the layout neater and reducing the risk of faults caused by cable accumulation.

It adopts highly elastic conductor materials (such as multi-strand stranded oxygen-free copper) and fatigue-resistant insulating and sheathing materials (such as polyurethane PU), and is processed through a special helical forming process. It can withstand tens of thousands of bending, stretching and rebound actions, far superior to the mechanical fatigue resistance of ordinary cables, and is suitable for the reciprocating motion conditions of automated equipment.

Designed specifically for dynamic usage scenarios, during the continuous movement of the equipment (such as the lifting and lowering of the lifting platform, the rotation of the robot joints, and the plug-in and unplugging linkage of the charging pile), it can automatically extend and contract along with the equipment's movements, ensuring the continuous conductivity of the circuit. There is no need for additional cable winding devices, simplifying the mechanical structure design of the equipment.

The sheath layer of coiled cables is usually made of high-molecular materials that are oil-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and have strong weather resistance. Some models also have the characteristics of being waterproof, dustproof (IP grade), and UV-resistant, which can work stably in complex scenarios such as industrial workshops, outdoor environments, and humid working conditions, reducing the impact of the external environment on the transmission performance of the cable.

Due to its wear-resistant and fatigue-resistant properties, its service life is much longer than that of ordinary cables, reducing the frequency of equipment shutdown and replacement caused by cable breakage and short circuits. Meanwhile, its regular telescopic structure also facilitates staff to quickly identify cable faults, reducing the time and labor costs for equipment maintenance.
