FLRX-B Vehicle Wire is a thin-wall, heat-resistant automotive wire that's commonly used in vehicle wiring harnesses, especially in areas that get pretty hot. It has a finely stranded copper conductor, so it stays flexible, and it uses XLPE insulation instead of ordinary PVC. That makes the wire tougher against heat, abrasion, oil, fuel, and chemicals.
The "R" means it has a reduced (thinner) wall thickness, which keeps the overall size small and helps save space and weight in tight harnesses. The "X" stands for the cross-linked insulation, and the "B" refers to its flexible bunched conductor. It's rated for 60V and can handle continuous temperatures up to 125°C or even higher, so it works well in engine bays and other hot spots where regular PVC wires tend to fail.
